Insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, or other unforeseen events. Carnival US LLC is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.<\/p>\n<h2>Price Changes<\/h2>\n<p>Tour prices are based on current airfare, fuel costs, taxes, currency exchange rates, and supplier pricing at the time of publication. Carnival US LLC reserves the right to adjust tour prices if there are increases in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Airfare or airline surcharges<\/li>\n<li>Fuel Center<\/li>\n<li>Government taxes or fees<\/li>\n<li>Currency exchange rates<\/li>\n<li>Supplier costs beyond the Company&#039;s control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Travelers will be notified if price adjustments occur.<\/p>\n<h2>Itinerary Changes<\/h2>\n<p>Carnival US LLC reserves the right to make necessary changes to the route. These changes may include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hotel options<\/li>\n<li>Flight schedule adjustments<\/li>\n<li>Changes to transportation<\/li>\n<li>Changes to sightseeing schedules<\/li>\n<li>Adjustments to the order of visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Such changes may occur due to weather conditions, airline schedules, safety considerations, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond the Company&#039;s control.<\/p>\n<h2>Passports and Visas<\/h2>\n<p>Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents including passports and visas. Passports should generally be valid for at least six months beyond the return travel date. Carnival US LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry caused by improper documentation.<\/p>\n<h2>Medical and Health Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>Travelers must be physically able to participate in the tour route. Pilgrimage tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, extended periods of standing, and other physical activities. Travelers with medical conditions should consult their physician before traveling.<\/p>\n<p>Carnival US LLC reserves the right to decline participation or remove a traveler whose condition may endanger themselves or others.<\/p>\n<h2>Traveler Conduct<\/h2>\n<p>All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, religious sites, tour staff, and local communities. Carnival US LLC reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be issued and the traveler will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.<\/p>\n<h2>Minimum Group Size<\/h2>\n<p>Certain tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of travelers is not reached, Carnival US LLC reserves the right to cancel the tour. If a tour is canceled for this reason, travelers will receive a refund of payments made to the Company, excluding non-refundable costs already incurred.<\/p>\n<h2>Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p>Carnival US LLC shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natural disasters<\/li>\n<li>Pandemics<\/li>\n<li>Airline disruptions<\/li>\n<li>War or civil unrest<\/li>\n<li>Government travel restrictions<\/li>\n<li>Strikes<\/li>\n<li>Acts of God<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In such situations, Carnival US LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee refunds for services already paid to suppliers.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibility and Liability<\/h2>\n<p>Carnival US LLC acts as a tour organizer and travel service provider. The Company arranges travel services through independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transportation providers, and local guides. These suppliers operate independently and are responsible for their own services.<\/p>\n<p>Carnival US LLC is not responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Airline delays or cancellations<\/li>\n<li>Lost baggage<\/li>\n<li>Supplier service issue<\/li>\n<li>Accidents or injuries during travel<\/li>\n<li>Actions of third-party service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participation in international travel involves inherent risks which travelers voluntarily accept.<\/p>\n<h2>Photography Consent<\/h2>\n<p>Photographs and videos may be taken during tours for promotional or informational purposes.
