These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours, pilgrimages, cruises, and travel services organized by Carnival US LLC. By registering for a tour, submitting an application, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC organizes the following programs:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Catholic Pilgrimage
\n\u2022 Religious tourism
\n\u2022 Cultural tourism
\n\u2022 Private tours for groups
\n\u2022 Pilgrimage organized by the parish
\n\u2022 International travel and cruises<\/p>\n

Destinations include, but are not limited to: Italy, the Holy Land, Vietnam, Lourdes, Fatima, Spain, Greece, cruises, and other destinations.<\/p>\n

REGISTER AND PAY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Seats on the tour are confirmed when Carnival US LLC receives them. Registration form and deposit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For tours over $4,000<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deposit: $1,500\/person<\/strong> when registering
\nSecond payment: $2,000\/person<\/strong> before departure date 100 days<\/strong>
\nFinal payment: remaining amount<\/strong> before departure date 60 days<\/strong><\/p>\n

For tours under $4,000<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deposit: $1,500\/person<\/strong> when registering
\nFinal payment: remaining amount<\/strong> before departure date 60 days<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you fail to make your payment on time, Carnival US LLC reserves the right to cancel your booking on the tour.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carnival US LLC accepts the following payment methods:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Credit card (bank fee surcharge 3%)
\n\u2022 Zelle
\n\u2022 Check
\n\u2022 Bank transfer<\/p>\n

All payments must be made in USD.<\/p>\n

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS FROM THE SUPPLIER<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Some travel services, such as airline tickets, hotels, cruises, or transportation, may require a non-refundable deposit to the providers.<\/p>\n

If you cancel the tour after these payments have been made, you will be responsible for these non-refundable costs, even if the amount exceeds the cancellation fee stated below.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for the refund policies of service providers.<\/p>\n

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you cancel the tour, the following fees will apply:<\/p>\n

After registering and before 150 days<\/strong> Departure: Airline reservation fee $100\/person.<\/p>\n

Before 120 days<\/strong> Departure: Fee 25%<\/strong> Total tour price.<\/p>\n

From 60 \u2013 119 days<\/strong> Before departure: fees 50%<\/strong> Total tour price.<\/p>\n

From 31 \u2013 59 days<\/strong> Before departure: fees 75%<\/strong> Total tour price.<\/p>\n

Within 30 days<\/strong> Before departure: fees 100%<\/strong> Total tour price (non-refundable).<\/p>\n

All tour cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.<\/p>\n

TRAVEL INSURANCE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carnival US LLC strongly encourages customers to purchase travel insurance.<\/p>\n

Travel insurance can help protect you in the following situations:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cancellation
\n\u2022 Medical emergencies
\n\u2022 Flight delay
\n\u2022 Lost luggage<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC is not liable for losses that may be covered by insurance.<\/p>\n

CHANGES IN TOUR PRICES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tour prices are calculated based on costs at the time of publication.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to adjust tour prices if there are any changes to:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Airfare
\n\u2022 Fuel surcharge
\n\u2022 Government taxes or fees
\n\u2022 Foreign exchange rates
\n\u2022 Supplier costs<\/p>\n

If there are any price adjustments, you will be notified.<\/p>\n

CHANGE ITINERARY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to change the tour itinerary as needed.<\/p>\n

The changes may include:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Change hotel
\n\u2022 Change flight
\n\u2022 Change mode of transportation
\n\u2022 Change the order of the attractions<\/p>\n

These changes may occur due to weather, flight schedules, safety conditions, or factors beyond the company's control.<\/p>\n

PASSPORT AND VISA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You are responsible for preparing all necessary travel documents, including:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Valid passport
\n\u2022 Visa (if required)<\/p>\n

Your passport should be valid for at least six months after the end date of your trip.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC is not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to invalid documentation.<\/p>\n

HEALTH<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Participants must ensure they are in good health to participate in the tour program.<\/p>\n

Some pilgrimage itineraries may include:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Walk a lot
\n\u2022 Climb stairs
\n\u2022 Standing for long periods<\/p>\n

If you have any health problems, you should consult your doctor before your trip.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to refuse or request departure from a tour if a health condition poses a danger to the individual or the group.<\/p>\n

CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Guests are required to behave courteously and respectfully towards members of the tour group, the tour guide, religious sites, and local culture.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to ask guests to leave the group if they engage in any of the following behaviors:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Causing disturbance
\n\u2022 Danger
\n\u2022 Not suitable<\/p>\n

In this case, the customer will not receive a refund and will have to pay any additional costs themselves.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Some tours require a minimum number of participants.<\/p>\n

If this number is not reached, Carnival US LLC reserves the right to cancel the tour.<\/p>\n

In that case, the company will refund the payments received, minus any non-refundable expenses paid to the supplier.<\/p>\n

FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for tour changes or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Natural disasters
\n\u2022 Pandemic
\n\u2022 War
\n\u2022 Strike
\n\u2022 Government travel restrictions
\n\u2022 Air travel disruptions<\/p>\n

In these cases, the company will attempt to assist with alternative arrangements but does not guarantee refunds for services already paid for.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carnival US LLC organizes and arranges travel services through independent providers such as:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Airline
\n\u2022 Hotel
\n\u2022 Yacht
\n\u2022 Transportation
\n\u2022 Tour guide<\/p>\n

These providers operate independently and are responsible for their services.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Flight delays or cancellations
\n\u2022 Lost luggage
\n\u2022 Issues from the supplier
\n\u2022 Accidents or injuries during the trip<\/p>\n

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During the trip, photos and videos may be recorded for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n

By participating in the tour, you agree to allow Carnival US LLC to use this image for advertising purposes unless you provide a written refusal.<\/p>\n

CONFIRM AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n

By registering for the tour or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC organizes Catholic pilgrimages, religious tours, cultural travel programs, parish-organized pilgrimages, private group tours, cruises, and international travel experiences including but not limited to Italy, the Holy Land, Vietnam, Lourdes, Fatima, Spain, Greece, and other destinations.<\/p>\n

REGISTERATION AND PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A reservation is confirmed once the completed registration and required deposit are received.<\/p>\n

Tours priced above $4,000<\/h3>\n

Deposit: $1,000 per person<\/strong> at registration
Second payment: $2,500 per person<\/strong> due 100 days<\/strong> arriving departure
Final payment: Remaining<\/strong> driver stopped 60 days<\/strong> arriving departure<\/p>\n

Tours priced below $4,000<\/h3>\n

Deposit: $1,500 per person<\/strong> at registration
Final payment: Remaining<\/strong> driver stopped 60 days<\/strong> arriving departure<\/p>\n

Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carnival US LLC accepts the following payment methods:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Credit Card (3% bank processing fee applies)
\u2022 Zelle
\u2022 Check
\u2022 Bank Transfer<\/p>\n

All payments must be made in US Dollars.<\/p>\n

NON-REFUNDABLE SUPPLIER PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Certain travel services arranged for the tour may require non-refundable deposits or advance payments<\/strong> to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers.<\/p>\n

If a traveler cancels after such payments have been made, the traveler will be responsible for these non-refundable costs even if they exceed the cancellation penalties listed below.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for supplier refund policies once payments have been made to those suppliers.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If a traveler cancels participation in a tour, the following cancellation penalties apply:<\/p>\n

Immediately after registration and more 150 days<\/strong> before departure: $100 per person<\/strong> airline reservation fee.<\/p>\n

120 days<\/strong> before departure: 25%<\/strong> of the total tour price.<\/p>\n

60\u2013119 days<\/strong> before departure: 50%<\/strong> of the total tour price.<\/p>\n

31\u201359 days<\/strong> before departure: 75%<\/strong> of the total tour price.<\/p>\n

30 days<\/strong> or less before departure: 100%<\/strong> of total tour price (no refund).<\/p>\n

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.<\/p>\n

TRAVEL INSURANCE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Travel insurance is British same<\/strong> For all travelers.<\/p>\n

Insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, or other unforeseen events. Carnival US LLC is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.<\/p>\n

PRICE CHANGES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tour prices are based on current airfare, fuel costs, taxes, currency exchange rates, and supplier pricing at the time of publication.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to adjust tour prices if there are increases in:<\/p>\n

\u2022 airfare or airline surcharges
\u2022 fuel costs
\u2022 Government taxes or fees
\u2022 currency exchange rates
\u2022 supplier costs beyond the Company's control<\/p>\n

Travelers will be notified if price adjustments occur.<\/p>\n

ITINERARY CHANGES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to make necessary changes to the route.<\/p>\n

These changes may include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

hotel substitutions
\u2022 flight schedule adjustments
\u2022 Changes to transportation
\u2022 changes to sightseeing schedules
\u2022 adjustments to the order of visits<\/p>\n

Such changes may occur due to weather conditions, airline schedules, safety considerations, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.<\/p>\n

Passports and Visas<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents including passports and visas.<\/p>\n

Passports should generally be valid for at least six months beyond the return travel date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry caused by improper documentation.<\/p>\n

MEDICAL AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Travelers must be physically able to participate in the tour route.<\/p>\n

Pilgrimage tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, extended periods of standing, and other physical activities.<\/p>\n

Travelers with medical conditions should consult their physician before traveling.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to decline participation or remove a traveler whose condition may endanger themselves or others.<\/p>\n

TRAVELER CONDUCT<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, religious sites, tour staff, and local communities.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.<\/p>\n

In such cases, no refund will be issued and the traveler will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM GROUP SIZE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Certain tours require a minimum number of participants.<\/p>\n

If the minimum number of travelers is not reached, Carnival US LLC reserves the right to cancel the tour.<\/p>\n

If a tour is canceled for this reason, travelers will receive a refund of payments made to the Company, excluding non-refundable costs already incurred.<\/p>\n

FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carnival US LLC shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

\u2022 electric disasters
pandemics
airline disruptions
\u2022 War or civil unrest
\u2022 government travel restrictions
strikes
Acts of God<\/p>\n

In such situations, Carnival US LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee refunds for services already paid to suppliers.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Carnival US LLC acts as a tour organizer and travel service provider.<\/p>\n

The Company arranges travel services through independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transportation providers, and local guides.<\/p>\n

These suppliers operate independently and are responsible for their own services.<\/p>\n

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

\u2022 airline delays or cancellations
\u2022 Lost baggage
\u2022 Supplier service issues
\u2022 injuries or injuries during travel
\u2022 actions of third-party service providers<\/p>\n

Participation in international travel involves inherent risks which travelers voluntarily accept.<\/p>\n

PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Photographs and videos may be taken during tours for promotional or informational purposes.<\/p>\n

By participating in the tour, travelers grant Carnival US LLC permission to use these images in marketing materials, websites, and social media unless the traveler provides written notice requested otherwise.<\/p>\n

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS<\/strong><\/h3>\n
