Carnival US LLC

Các Điều Khoản & Điều Kiện này áp dụng cho tất cả các chương trình du lịch, hành hương, du thuyền và dịch vụ du lịch do Carnival US LLC tổ chức. Khi quý khách đăng ký tour, gửi đơn ghi danh hoặc thực hiện thanh toán, quý khách xác nhận rằng mình đã đọc, hiểu và đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây.

Carnival US LLC tổ chức các chương trình:

• Hành hương Công Giáo
• Du lịch tôn giáo
• Du lịch văn hóa
• Tour riêng cho nhóm
• Hành hương tổ chức bởi giáo xứ
• Du lịch quốc tế và du thuyền

Các điểm đến bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: Ý, Đất Thánh, Việt Nam, Lourdes, Fatima, Tây Ban Nha, Hy Lạp, du thuyền và các điểm đến khác.

ĐĂNG KÝ VÀ THANH TOÁN

Chỗ trên tour được xác nhận khi Carnival US LLC nhận được đơn ghi danh và tiền đặt cọc.

Đối với tour trên $4,000

Đặt cọc: $1,000/người khi đăng ký
Thanh toán lần 2: $2,500/người trước ngày khởi hành 100 ngày
Thanh toán cuối: số tiền còn lại trước ngày khởi hành 60 ngày

Đối với tour dưới $4,000

Đặt cọc: $1,500/người khi đăng ký
Thanh toán cuối: số tiền còn lại trước ngày khởi hành 60 ngày

Nếu quý khách không thanh toán đúng hạn, Carnival US LLC có quyền hủy chỗ trên tour.

PHƯƠNG THỨC THANH TOÁN

Carnival US LLC chấp nhận các phương thức thanh toán sau:

• Thẻ tín dụng (phụ thu phí ngân hàng 3%)
• Zelle
• Check
• Chuyển khoản ngân hàng

Tất cả thanh toán phải được thực hiện bằng USD.

CHI PHÍ KHÔNG HOÀN LẠI TỪ NHÀ CUNG CẤP

Một số dịch vụ du lịch như vé máy bay, khách sạn, du thuyền hoặc phương tiện vận chuyển có thể yêu cầu đặt cọc không hoàn lại cho các nhà cung cấp.

Nếu quý khách hủy tour sau khi các khoản thanh toán này đã được thực hiện, quý khách sẽ chịu trách nhiệm cho các chi phí không hoàn lại này, ngay cả khi số tiền đó vượt quá mức phí hủy tour nêu dưới đây.

Carnival US LLC không chịu trách nhiệm về chính sách hoàn tiền của các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ.

CHÍNH SÁCH HỦY TOUR

Nếu quý khách hủy tour, các mức phí sau sẽ được áp dụng:

Sau khi đăng ký và trước 150 ngày khởi hành: phí giữ chỗ hàng không $100/người.

Trước 120 ngày khởi hành: phí 25% tổng giá tour.

Từ 60 – 119 ngày trước khởi hành: phí 50% tổng giá tour.

Từ 31 – 59 ngày trước khởi hành: phí 75% tổng giá tour.

Trong vòng 30 ngày trước khởi hành: phí 100% tổng giá tour (không hoàn tiền).

Tất cả yêu cầu hủy tour phải được gửi bằng văn bản.

BẢO HIỂM DU LỊCH

Carnival US LLC khuyến khích mạnh mẽ quý khách mua bảo hiểm du lịch.

Bảo hiểm du lịch có thể giúp bảo vệ quý khách trong trường hợp:

• hủy chuyến
• cấp cứu y tế
• trễ chuyến bay
• thất lạc hành lý

Carnival US LLC không chịu trách nhiệm cho các tổn thất có thể được bảo hiểm chi trả.

THAY ĐỔI GIÁ TOUR

Giá tour được tính dựa trên chi phí tại thời điểm công bố.

Carnival US LLC có quyền điều chỉnh giá tour nếu có sự thay đổi về:

• giá vé máy bay
• phụ phí nhiên liệu
• thuế hoặc phí của chính phủ
• tỷ giá ngoại tệ
• chi phí từ nhà cung cấp

Nếu có điều chỉnh giá, quý khách sẽ được thông báo.

THAY ĐỔI LỊCH TRÌNH

Carnival US LLC có quyền thay đổi lịch trình tour khi cần thiết.

Các thay đổi có thể bao gồm:

• thay đổi khách sạn
• thay đổi chuyến bay
• thay đổi phương tiện di chuyển
• thay đổi thứ tự các điểm tham quan

Những thay đổi này có thể xảy ra do thời tiết, lịch bay, điều kiện an toàn hoặc các yếu tố ngoài tầm kiểm soát của công ty.

HỘ CHIẾU VÀ VISA

Quý khách có trách nhiệm chuẩn bị đầy đủ các giấy tờ du lịch cần thiết, bao gồm:

• hộ chiếu hợp lệ
• visa (nếu cần)

Hộ chiếu nên còn hiệu lực ít nhất 6 tháng sau ngày kết thúc chuyến đi.

Carnival US LLC không chịu trách nhiệm nếu quý khách bị từ chối lên máy bay hoặc nhập cảnh do giấy tờ không hợp lệ.

SỨC KHỎE

Quý khách cần đảm bảo đủ sức khỏe để tham gia chương trình du lịch.

Một số hành trình hành hương có thể bao gồm:

• đi bộ nhiều
• leo cầu thang
• đứng lâu

Nếu quý khách có vấn đề về sức khỏe, nên tham khảo ý kiến bác sĩ trước chuyến đi.

Carnival US LLC có quyền từ chối hoặc yêu cầu rời tour nếu tình trạng sức khỏe gây nguy hiểm cho bản thân hoặc đoàn.

HÀNH VI CỦA KHÁCH

Quý khách cần cư xử lịch sự và tôn trọng các thành viên trong đoàn, hướng dẫn viên, địa điểm tôn giáo và văn hóa địa phương.

Carnival US LLC có quyền yêu cầu khách rời khỏi đoàn nếu có hành vi:

• gây rối
• nguy hiểm
• không phù hợp

Trong trường hợp này, khách sẽ không được hoàn tiền và phải tự chi trả các chi phí phát sinh.

SỐ LƯỢNG KHÁCH TỐI THIỂU

Một số tour yêu cầu số lượng khách tối thiểu.

Nếu không đạt số lượng này, Carnival US LLC có quyền hủy tour.

Trong trường hợp đó, công ty sẽ hoàn lại các khoản thanh toán đã nhận, trừ các chi phí không hoàn lại đã thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp.

TRƯỜNG HỢP BẤT KHẢ KHÁNG

Carnival US LLC không chịu trách nhiệm cho các thay đổi hoặc hủy tour do các sự kiện ngoài tầm kiểm soát, bao gồm:

• thiên tai
• dịch bệnh
• chiến tranh
• đình công
• hạn chế du lịch của chính phủ
• gián đoạn hàng không

Trong các trường hợp này, công ty sẽ cố gắng hỗ trợ sắp xếp thay thế nhưng không đảm bảo hoàn tiền cho các dịch vụ đã thanh toán.

TRÁCH NHIỆM

Carnival US LLC tổ chức và sắp xếp dịch vụ du lịch thông qua các nhà cung cấp độc lập như:

• hãng hàng không
• khách sạn
• du thuyền
• phương tiện vận chuyển
• hướng dẫn viên

Các nhà cung cấp này hoạt động độc lập và chịu trách nhiệm về dịch vụ của họ.

Carnival US LLC không chịu trách nhiệm cho:

• trễ hoặc hủy chuyến bay
• thất lạc hành lý
• sự cố từ nhà cung cấp
• tai nạn hoặc thương tích trong chuyến đi

CHỤP HÌNH VÀ TRUYỀN THÔNG

Trong chuyến đi, hình ảnh và video có thể được ghi lại để sử dụng cho mục đích quảng bá.

Bằng việc tham gia tour, quý khách đồng ý cho Carnival US LLC sử dụng hình ảnh này cho mục đích quảng cáo trừ khi có yêu cầu từ chối bằng văn bản.

XÁC NHẬN ĐỒNG Ý

Bằng việc đăng ký tour hoặc thanh toán, quý khách xác nhận đã đọc và đồng ý với các Điều Khoản & Điều Kiện này.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Carnival US LLC

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours, pilgrimages, cruises, and travel services organized by Carnival US LLC (“the Company”). By registering for a tour, submitting a registration form, or making a payment, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Carnival US LLC organizes Catholic pilgrimages, religious tours, cultural travel programs, parish-organized pilgrimages, private group tours, cruises, and international travel experiences including but not limited to Italy, the Holy Land, Vietnam, Lourdes, Fatima, Spain, Greece, and other destinations.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS

A reservation is confirmed once the completed registration and required deposit are received.

Tours priced above $4,000

Deposit: $1,000 per person at registration
Second payment: $2,500 per person due 100 days before departure
Final payment: Remaining balance due 60 days before departure

Tours priced below $4,000

Deposit: $1,500 per person at registration
Final payment: Remaining balance due 60 days before departure

Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation.

PAYMENT METHODS

Carnival US LLC accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit Card (3% bank processing fee applies)
• Zelle
• Check
• Bank Transfer

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

NON-REFUNDABLE SUPPLIER PAYMENTS

Certain travel services arranged for the tour may require non-refundable deposits or advance payments to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers.

If a traveler cancels after such payments have been made, the traveler will be responsible for these non-refundable costs even if they exceed the cancellation penalties listed below.

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for supplier refund policies once payments have been made to those suppliers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a traveler cancels participation in a tour, the following cancellation penalties apply:

Immediately after registration and more than 150 days before departure: $100 per person airline reservation fee.

120 days before departure: 25% of total tour price.

60–119 days before departure: 50% of total tour price.

31–59 days before departure: 75% of total tour price.

30 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour price (no refund).

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, or other unforeseen events. Carnival US LLC is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

PRICE CHANGES

Tour prices are based on current airfare, fuel costs, taxes, currency exchange rates, and supplier pricing at the time of publication.

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to adjust tour prices if there are increases in:

• airfare or airline surcharges
• fuel costs
• government taxes or fees
• currency exchange rates
• supplier costs beyond the Company’s control

Travelers will be notified if price adjustments occur.

ITINERARY CHANGES

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary.

These changes may include but are not limited to:

• hotel substitutions
• flight schedule adjustments
• changes to transportation
• changes to sightseeing schedules
• adjustments to the order of visits

Such changes may occur due to weather conditions, airline schedules, safety considerations, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents including passports and visas.

Passports should generally be valid for at least six months beyond the return travel date.

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry caused by improper documentation.

MEDICAL AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Travelers must be physically able to participate in the tour itinerary.

Pilgrimage tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, extended periods of standing, and other physical activity.

Travelers with medical conditions should consult their physician before travel.

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to decline participation or remove a traveler whose condition may endanger themselves or others.

TRAVELER CONDUCT

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, religious sites, tour staff, and local communities.

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

In such cases, no refund will be issued and the traveler will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

MINIMUM GROUP SIZE

Certain tours require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum number of travelers is not reached, Carnival US LLC reserves the right to cancel the tour.

If a tour is cancelled for this reason, travelers will receive a refund of payments made to the Company, excluding non-refundable supplier costs already incurred.

FORCE MAJEURE

Carnival US LLC shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control including but not limited to:

• natural disasters
• pandemics
• airline disruptions
• war or civil unrest
• government travel restrictions
• strikes
• acts of God

In such situations, Carnival US LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee refunds for services already paid to suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

Carnival US LLC acts as a tour organizer and travel service provider.

The Company arranges travel services through independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transportation providers, and local guides.

These suppliers operate independently and are responsible for their own services.

Carnival US LLC is not liable for:

• airline delays or cancellations
• lost baggage
• supplier service issues
• accidents or injuries during travel
• actions of third-party service providers

Participation in international travel involves inherent risks which travelers voluntarily accept.

PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT

Photographs and videos may be taken during tours for promotional or informational purposes.

By participating in the tour, travelers grant Carnival US LLC permission to use these images in marketing materials, websites, and social media unless the traveler provides written notice requesting otherwise.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for a tour, making a payment, or submitting a registration form, the traveler confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
