KOREA - JAPAN VIEWING CHERRY BLOSSOMS

Departure March 22 – April 2, 2026

Day 1: (Sunday, March 22) USA – SEOUL

Gather at the airport and board the flight to Seoul. 

Day 2: (Monday, March 23) ON FLIGHT  

Day 3: (Tuesday, March 24) SEOUL 

Eat three meals a day.

The vehicle will pick up the group at Incheon Airport, Seoul.  

After breakfast at the hotel, the group will be taken by car. Korean Folk Village The event recreates a traditional cultural space with ancient houses, folk costumes, and unique folk games. Here, visitors can experience life in the past through drum dance performances, horseback riding, or watch artisans at work right on the spot.

Stop for some shopping at the mall. Korean ginseng Genuine, high-quality product. 

Have lunch at a local restaurant. 

After lunch, the bus took the group back to the island. Nami Located approximately 63 km from Seoul, Nami Island is beautiful and peaceful, boasting over 200 different types of trees. Most famous are the maple trees and the straight rows of ginkgo trees that appeared in the film "..."“Winter Love Song”Here, guests are free to explore the outdoor art exhibition area and can also rent tandem bicycles to cycle around the island. 

In the afternoon, the bus took the group back for a visit. Starfield Library - Coex Starfield Library Located in the Coex commercial district in Gangnam, this library attracts a large number of tourists thanks to its unique architecture. It's a very popular check-in spot on Instagram for many hot bloggers. Visitors can shop at COEX Mall, a famous underground shopping mall in Gangnam-Gu, Seoul, covering an area of over 154,000 m² with a wide variety of goods from affordable to high-end.

Have dinner and rest at the hotel.  

Spend the night in Seoul.

Day 4: (Wednesday, March 25) SEOUL 

Eat three meals a day.

After breakfast at the hotel, the group will be taken by car to visit: 

Gyeongbokgung Palace Here, you can experience wearing Hanbok and take plenty of photos at the Palace, considered a famous work of art with a unique and beautiful style and architecture, one of the most beautiful in Seoul.

Stop to take photos at the Blue House – The official residence of the President of South Korea, notable for its blue tiled roof symbolizing peace and stability. Stop for a commemorative photo in the outdoor area, with the stunning natural scenery of Bugaksan Mountain in the background.

Have lunch at a local restaurant. 

Next, the bus took the group shopping at the store. Red Pine Oil famous. Next, you will visit Cosmetic Shop Enjoy shopping for skincare and makeup products from top brands at attractive discounted prices.

The garden Korea – Korea Garden Designed in a traditional style, harmoniously combining plants, ponds, and wooden houses, it creates a peaceful, meditative space.

Art program “"Drawing Show"” This unique stage performance combines painting, lighting, and music, offering a creative and vibrant entertainment experience. 

In the afternoon, guests will have the opportunity to visit... Dongdaemun Market Dongdaemun, Seoul's busiest market, boasts thousands of stalls selling fashion, accessories, and souvenirs. Visitors can shop while exploring the vibrant nightlife of this iconic market.

Have dinner and rest at the hotel.  

Spend the night in Seoul.

Day 5: (Thursday, March 26) SEOUL – JAPAN

Eat three meals a day.

The group will receive their breakfast box and proceed with check-out procedures. 

The bus took the group to the airport for their flight to Kansai, Japan. 

Upon arrival at the immigration checkpoint, you will travel to Osaka by train, experiencing a modern high-speed train journey while comfortably admiring the beautiful scenery along the way to Japan, approximately one hour from Kansai. 

Upon checking into your hotel in Osaka, you will be treated to a performance. Geisha art A symbol of traditional Japanese art. In an elegant setting, enjoying soft, chewy mochi cakes with a rich cup of oicha tea offers a unique and emotionally resonant cultural experience. 

Have dinner and rest at the hotel.  

Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 6: (Friday, March 27) OSAKA – KOBE – OSAKA  

Eat three meals a day.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will take a train to beautiful Kobe, an hour's journey from Osaka. 

When you come to Kobe, you will have the opportunity to visit The Royal Grand Buddhism Temple It stands out with its ancient architecture, traditional curved roofs, and majestic Buddha statues.

Have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we returned to Osaka and took a stroll around. Minto Street It's bustling with shops, cafes, and delicious street food, and you can enjoy local cuisine in a lively, intimate atmosphere. 

Evenings are free time at Shinsaibashi Osaka's most famous shopping district boasts numerous international brands and local shops, perfect for shopping or taking souvenir photos, depending on your preference. It's a haven for local delicacies like takoyaki and okonomiyaki, and is especially beautiful when the neon lights come on at night.

Have dinner and rest at the hotel.  

Overnight stay in Osaka. 

Day 7: (Saturday, March 28) OSAKA – KYOTO

Eat three meals a day.

After breakfast and checking out, guests will experience a journey on the Shinkansen bullet train from Osaka to Kyoto (1 hour).

Upon arriving in Tokyo, the tour bus will stop at... Arashiyama bamboo forest – Arashiyama Bamboo Forest Stretching out with towering, lush green bamboo stalks, it creates a peaceful and mystical atmosphere. 

The next cherry blossom viewing spot in Kyoto will be along the road. Tetsugaku No Michi The picturesque riverside area is famous for its cherry trees that bloom profusely in spring. It's a perfect place for strolling, admiring the vibrant blossoms, and experiencing a tranquil, peaceful atmosphere.

Have lunch at a local restaurant. 

In the late afternoon, the bus took the group to the temple. Fushimi Inari Famous for its thousands of vibrant red Torii gates leading up the mountain, a sacred symbol of Japan. Next is... Gion Old District It's a beautiful old town district, shimmering with red lanterns beginning to light up. Here you can spot maiko/geiko (apprentice geisha) walking along Hanamikoji Street. (There are shows to watch here) 

Have dinner and rest at the hotel.  

Spend the night in Kyoto.

Day 7: (Sunday, March 29) KYOTO – NAGOYA – TOYOHASHI 

Eat three meals a day.

After breakfast and checking out, you will take the Shinkansen bullet train from Kyoto to the industrial city of Nagoya. Your first stop will be at... Nagoya Castle It is a historical and cultural symbol of the city, distinguished by its traditional Japanese architecture and majestic golden tiled roofs. Here you can admire the galleries showcasing samurai history and the meticulously maintained surrounding gardens.

Have lunch at a local restaurant. 

Next, you can admire the cherry blossoms in the riverside area. Yamazaki It is famous in spring, with cherry trees in full bloom, creating a dreamy and romantic scene. 

In the afternoon, the group traveled by train to Toyohashi. 

Have dinner and relax at the hotel. Experience an Onsen bath. 

Spend the night in Toyohashi.

Day 8: (Monday, March 30) TOYOHASHI – YAMANASHI 

Eat three meals a day.

After breakfast and checking out, the group traveled by Shinkansen bullet train from Toyohashi to Yamanashi. Along the way, they could admire the majestic mountains and lush green fields of central Japan.

Stop at Toyohashi and Shizuoka, These cities are famous for their traditional culture and local specialties. Visitors can explore local markets, enjoy fresh food, and take souvenir photos before continuing their journey. 

Have lunch at a local restaurant. 

Then we set off for the lake. Yamanaka, One of the famous Fuji Five Lakes, the lake is surrounded by peaceful and picturesque natural scenery. Here you can relax, take photos, and enjoy the fresh air of the Mount Fuji area. Visitors can also experience a boat trip on the lake. Lake Kawaguchi One of the five lakes surrounding Mount Fuji, the scenery is beautiful, with the lake's water reflecting the mountain's image on its blue surface.

We will visit in the late afternoon/evening. Oshino Hakkai a traditional village famous for eight crystal-clear lakes Sourced from the springs of Mount Fuji, you can enjoy pure spring water while learning about the simple life and unique rural culture of Japan.

Have dinner and relax at the hotel. Experience an Onsen bath.

Spend the night in Yamanashi. 

Day 9: (Tuesday, March 31) YAMANASHI – TOKYO 

Eat three meals a day.

After breakfast at the hotel and checking out, the group will be taken by car to a fruit-picking trip, offering the opportunity to experience picking seasonal fruits directly from the orchard, such as strawberries, grapes, or apples, depending on the season. 

You can travel to Tokyo by bullet train or local train from Yamanashi Prefecture, which is both fast and convenient. 

Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Upon arriving in Tokyo, you will stop at... Coastal park Odaiba – Odaiba Seaside Park Located on the artificial Odaiba peninsula, it stands out with its blue sea views and modern Tokyo landmarks. Then we'll get to see the cherry blossoms at Ueno Park On the Sumida River, you can take stunning photos of cherry blossoms with over 600 Japanese cherry trees and the towering Tokyo Skytree. 

Have dinner and rest at the hotel. 

Spend the night in Tokyo. 

Day 10: (Thursday, April 1) TOKYO 

Eat three meals a day.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have the opportunity to experience a day in Tokyo. 

Go to the street Asakusa – Nakamise and wearing experience Kimono This area is famous for its souvenir shops and traditional Japanese specialties, leading to Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo's oldest temple, notable for its traditional architecture and long-standing souvenir shops. Wearing a kimono here is an experience deeply rooted in Japanese culture, reflecting the solemnity and rich history of the Asakusa region.

Stop to take pictures at Tokyo Skytree Japan's tallest television tower and a symbol of modern Tokyo architecture, the structure stands out with its sophisticated design, offering panoramic views of the capital and harmoniously blending technology and architectural artistry.

Have lunch at a local restaurant. 

Shibuya Crossing district Globally renowned for its bustling crowds, Tokyo is a symbol of modern life with its dazzling neon lights and vibrant energy. Nearby, Hachiko statue In memory of the loyal dog, famous for waiting for its owner every day at Shibuya Station for many years, it became a symbol of loyalty and the bond between humans and animals. 

You will have free time for shopping in the evening. Akihabara / Ginza. Akihabara, the center of Japanese technology, electronics, and pop culture, and Ginza, renowned for its elegant architecture, high-end brands, and shopping scene, are testaments to Tokyo's distinctive commercial and cultural development.

Have dinner and rest at the hotel. 

Spend the night in Tokyo. 

Day 11: (Thursday, April 2) TOKYO – USA 

After breakfast and checking out. 

You will have free time before your flight back to the United States. 

At departure time, the bus took the group to Narita Airport – for a layover in Incheon, before returning to the United States. 

Goodbye to our tour guide, and we look forward to seeing you again on Carnival's tours.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES

  • Round-trip economy class airfare for groups is subject to departure gateway. Prices may vary depending on the travel dates and seat availability.
  • Round-trip airfare from Incheon, Seoul to Kansai, Japan. Checked baggage allowance: 20 kg + 1 small carry-on bag (40 x 20 x 25 cm) – subject to airline regulations. If you require additional checked baggage, please pay the fee as per airline regulations.
  • Airport security fees, fuel surcharges, airport taxes.
  • 4-star hotel (double room for 2 people/room).
  • Meals, entrance tickets, and transportation are as per the itinerary.
  • The tour guide speaks English and Vietnamese.

TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of return to the United States. The passport must meet the following requirements: the photograph must not be damaged or blurry, and all information must be complete. Even if the passport is still valid, a blurry photograph will not be accepted for entry or exit.
  • Tips for local guides and drivers.
  • Single room supplement: $ 800 USD/guest.
  • Surcharge for business class airfare (if applicable).
  • Checked baggage fees apply to baggage outside the standard allowance of European domestic airlines.
  • Visits outside the scheduled program, personal expenses, excess baggage fees, telephone calls, laundry, etc.

CANCEL TOUR

  • Cancellation 100 days before departure: a fee of 25%/person will be charged on top of the tour price. 
  • Cancellation 90 days before departure: a fee of 50%/person will be charged on top of the tour price. 
  • Cancellation 60 days before departure: a fee of 75%/person will be charged on top of the tour price.
  • Cancellation 30 days before departure: a 100% fee will be charged for the tour price.
  • If a customer is not present at the departure time, the tour will be considered cancelled and no refunds will be given.
  • Carnival reserves the right to cancel tours 30 days before departure and issue refunds for any reason. The company will refund the cost of non-visits included in the tour program and airfare.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Phase 1: Pay $1,000 upon registration.
  • Phase 2: $2,500 before December 12th, 2025 
  • Phase 3: Full payment before January 22nd, 2026

CHILDREN'S POLICY

  • Children under 2 years old: 20% tour price + all taxes (no bed, sharing a room with an adult).
  • Children aged 2 to 11 years old: 75% tour price + all taxes (no bed, sharing a room with an adult).
  • Children aged 12 and above pay the adult tour price. In the case of only one adult traveling with one child (under 12 years old), please pay the adult price so the child can have a separate bed.
  • If a guest under 12 years old wishes to sleep in a separate bed: they will pay an additional 100% on the tour and will receive the same standards as an adult.

NOTE

  • Tour prices do not apply to personal or commercial visits.
  • Tour prices are calculated based on a minimum group size of 45 adults or more. Therefore, a surcharge will apply if the number of participants is lower.
  • The company will not be responsible for the loss of points of interest/visits in the following cases: points of interest/visits being closed without prior notice, traffic congestion, or because you stay at a point for longer than the allotted visiting time.
  • The company is not responsible for flight delays caused by the customer's failure to be present at the airport as required by the airline or for personal reasons of the customer.
  • Because fuel costs may increase at the time of ticket issuance without prior notice, we will present the airline's official document regarding any surcharge increase (if applicable) and request that customers agree to the corresponding price increase.
  • Depending on the actual situation, the order of the attractions in the itinerary may change, but all the attractions originally planned will still be included.
  • In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, visa processing delays by the Consulate, or changes in the schedules of public transportation such as airplanes and trains, the travel company reserves the right to change the itinerary for the convenience and safety of customers and will be exempt from liability for compensation for any resulting damages.
  • Passengers aged 75 and above are required to provide a certificate of good health for international travel issued by a doctor and a health commitment form to the company. A healthy family member under 60 years of age must accompany them.
