These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours, pilgrimages, cruises, and travel services organized by Carnival US LLC. By registering for a tour, submitting an application, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

Carnival US LLC organizes the following programs:

• Catholic Pilgrimage
• Religious tourism
• Cultural tourism
• Private tours for groups
• Pilgrimage organized by the parish
• International travel and cruises

Destinations include, but are not limited to: Italy, the Holy Land, Vietnam, Lourdes, Fatima, Spain, Greece, cruises, and other destinations.

REGISTER AND PAY

Seats on the tour are confirmed when Carnival US LLC receives them. Registration form and deposit.

For tours over $4,000

Deposit: $1,500/person when registering
Second payment: $2,000/person before departure date 100 days
Final payment: remaining amount before departure date 60 days

For tours under $4,000

Deposit: $1,500/person when registering
Final payment: remaining amount before departure date 60 days

If you fail to make your payment on time, Carnival US LLC reserves the right to cancel your booking on the tour.

PAYMENT METHODS

Carnival US LLC accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit card (bank fee surcharge 3%)
• Zelle
• Check
• Bank transfer

All payments must be made in USD.

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS FROM THE SUPPLIER

Some travel services, such as airline tickets, hotels, cruises, or transportation, may require a non-refundable deposit to the providers.

If you cancel the tour after these payments have been made, you will be responsible for these non-refundable costs, even if the amount exceeds the cancellation fee stated below.

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for the refund policies of service providers.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel the tour, the following fees will apply:

After registering and before 150 days Departure: Airline reservation fee $100/person.

Before 120 days Departure: Fee 25% Total tour price.

From 60 – 119 days Before departure: fees 50% Total tour price.

From 31 – 59 days Before departure: fees 75% Total tour price.

Within 30 days Before departure: fees 100% Total tour price (non-refundable).

All tour cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Carnival US LLC strongly encourages customers to purchase travel insurance.

Travel insurance can help protect you in the following situations:

• Cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Flight delay
• Lost luggage

Carnival US LLC is not liable for losses that may be covered by insurance.

CHANGES IN TOUR PRICES

Tour prices are calculated based on costs at the time of publication.

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to adjust tour prices if there are any changes to:

• Airfare
• Fuel surcharge
• Government taxes or fees
• Foreign exchange rates
• Supplier costs

If there are any price adjustments, you will be notified.

CHANGE ITINERARY

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to change the tour itinerary as needed.

The changes may include:

• Change hotel
• Change flight
• Change mode of transportation
• Change the order of the attractions

These changes may occur due to weather, flight schedules, safety conditions, or factors beyond the company's control.

PASSPORT AND VISA

You are responsible for preparing all necessary travel documents, including:

• Valid passport
• Visa (if required)

Your passport should be valid for at least six months after the end date of your trip.

Carnival US LLC is not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to invalid documentation.

HEALTH

Participants must ensure they are in good health to participate in the tour program.

Some pilgrimage itineraries may include:

• Walk a lot
• Climb stairs
• Standing for long periods

If you have any health problems, you should consult your doctor before your trip.

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to refuse or request departure from a tour if a health condition poses a danger to the individual or the group.

CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR

Guests are required to behave courteously and respectfully towards members of the tour group, the tour guide, religious sites, and local culture.

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to ask guests to leave the group if they engage in any of the following behaviors:

• Causing disturbance
• Danger
• Not suitable

In this case, the customer will not receive a refund and will have to pay any additional costs themselves.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS

Some tours require a minimum number of participants.

If this number is not reached, Carnival US LLC reserves the right to cancel the tour.

In that case, the company will refund the payments received, minus any non-refundable expenses paid to the supplier.

FORCE MAJEURE

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for tour changes or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemic
• War
• Strike
• Government travel restrictions
• Air travel disruptions

In these cases, the company will attempt to assist with alternative arrangements but does not guarantee refunds for services already paid for.

RESPONSIBILITY

Carnival US LLC organizes and arranges travel services through independent providers such as:

• Airline
• Hotel
• Yacht
• Transportation
• Tour guide

These providers operate independently and are responsible for their services.

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Lost luggage
• Issues from the supplier
• Accidents or injuries during the trip

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

During the trip, photos and videos may be recorded for promotional purposes.

By participating in the tour, you agree to allow Carnival US LLC to use this image for advertising purposes unless you provide a written refusal.

CONFIRM AGREEMENT

By registering for the tour or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours, pilgrimages, cruises, and travel services organized by Carnival US LLC (“the Company”). By registering for a tour, submitting a registration form, or making a payment, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Carnival US LLC organizes Catholic pilgrimages, religious tours, cultural travel programs, parish-organized pilgrimages, private group tours, cruises, and international travel experiences including but not limited to Italy, the Holy Land, Vietnam, Lourdes, Fatima, Spain, Greece, and other destinations.

REGISTERATION AND PAYMENTS

A reservation is confirmed once the completed registration and required deposit are received.

Tours priced above $4,000

Deposit: $1,000 per person at registration
Second payment: $2,500 per person due 100 days arriving departure
Final payment: Remaining driver stopped 60 days arriving departure

Tours priced below $4,000

Deposit: $1,500 per person at registration
Final payment: Remaining driver stopped 60 days arriving departure

Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation.

PAYMENT METHODS

Carnival US LLC accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit Card (3% bank processing fee applies)
• Zelle
• Check
• Bank Transfer

All payments must be made in US Dollars.

NON-REFUNDABLE SUPPLIER PAYMENTS

Certain travel services arranged for the tour may require non-refundable deposits or advance payments to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers.

If a traveler cancels after such payments have been made, the traveler will be responsible for these non-refundable costs even if they exceed the cancellation penalties listed below.

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for supplier refund policies once payments have been made to those suppliers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a traveler cancels participation in a tour, the following cancellation penalties apply:

Immediately after registration and more 150 days before departure: $100 per person airline reservation fee.

120 days before departure: 25% of the total tour price.

60–119 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

31–59 days before departure: 75% of the total tour price.

30 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour price (no refund).

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is British same For all travelers.

Insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, or other unforeseen events. Carnival US LLC is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

PRICE CHANGES

Tour prices are based on current airfare, fuel costs, taxes, currency exchange rates, and supplier pricing at the time of publication.

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to adjust tour prices if there are increases in:

• airfare or airline surcharges
• fuel costs
• Government taxes or fees
• currency exchange rates
• supplier costs beyond the Company's control

Travelers will be notified if price adjustments occur.

ITINERARY CHANGES

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to make necessary changes to the route.

These changes may include but are not limited to:

hotel substitutions
• flight schedule adjustments
• Changes to transportation
• changes to sightseeing schedules
• adjustments to the order of visits

Such changes may occur due to weather conditions, airline schedules, safety considerations, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

Passports and Visas

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents including passports and visas.

Passports should generally be valid for at least six months beyond the return travel date.

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry caused by improper documentation.

MEDICAL AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Travelers must be physically able to participate in the tour route.

Pilgrimage tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, extended periods of standing, and other physical activities.

Travelers with medical conditions should consult their physician before traveling.

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to decline participation or remove a traveler whose condition may endanger themselves or others.

TRAVELER CONDUCT

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, religious sites, tour staff, and local communities.

Carnival US LLC reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

In such cases, no refund will be issued and the traveler will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

MINIMUM GROUP SIZE

Certain tours require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum number of travelers is not reached, Carnival US LLC reserves the right to cancel the tour.

If a tour is canceled for this reason, travelers will receive a refund of payments made to the Company, excluding non-refundable costs already incurred.

FORCE MAJEURE

Carnival US LLC shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control including but not limited to:

• electric disasters
pandemics
airline disruptions
• War or civil unrest
• government travel restrictions
strikes
Acts of God

In such situations, Carnival US LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee refunds for services already paid to suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

Carnival US LLC acts as a tour organizer and travel service provider.

The Company arranges travel services through independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transportation providers, and local guides.

These suppliers operate independently and are responsible for their own services.

Carnival US LLC is not responsible for:

• airline delays or cancellations
• Lost baggage
• Supplier service issues
• injuries or injuries during travel
• actions of third-party service providers

Participation in international travel involves inherent risks which travelers voluntarily accept.

PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT

Photographs and videos may be taken during tours for promotional or informational purposes.

By participating in the tour, travelers grant Carnival US LLC permission to use these images in marketing materials, websites, and social media unless the traveler provides written notice requested otherwise.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for a tour, making a payment, or submitting a registration form, the traveler confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
