In 1531, the Virgin Mary appeared to a poor Native American man named Juan Diego in Tepeyac, a hilly area northwest of Mexico City.
The Virgin Mary instructed Juan Diego to present his request to the local bishop for the construction of a church in the Tepeyac region. She imprinted her image on Juan Diego's cloak. The cloak was made of poor-quality fabric, woven from cactus leaves. This type of fabric should have only lasted 20 years, but by 2017, it had been 486 years, and the cloak was still in good condition.
Over the years, many scientists have come to examine and analyze the origins of the cloak. Strangely, on Juan's cloak, the Mother's eyes in the image reflected the people who were before her in 1531, including the image of the local Bishop.
Our Lady of Guadalupe's message: encompasses love and mercy.
Mother promised the world that she would always help and protect humanity.
The story of the Virgin Mary's apparition at Guadalupe was recorded in the Nahuatl language in the 16th century.
The Virgin Mary visited the region. Tepeyac In the form of a Mexican woman, it was the Mother's hands that arranged the roses that Juan Diego wrapped in his cloak to offer to the local Bishop – a very special aspect of the event.
Since then, there have been numerous miracles, healings, and maternal interventions by Our Lady of Guadalupe. Each year, approximately 20 million people visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. This sanctuary has become one of the most famous holy sites in the world, considered the most visited pilgrimage site after the Vatican.
After paying respects to the Virgin Mary, feel free to explore and shop for religious souvenirs in the area surrounding the Shrine.

Shrine of the Archangel Michael.
According to the history of the Tlaxcala region, this area had a strong fortress in the south of the state, a region called Cacaxtla situated between two hills, and a pagan temple called Teocalli. In the past, people came to pray to the spirits for help and strength to fight their enemies.
The Archangel Michael appeared for the first time on April 25 to Diego Lazaro, the second time on May 7-8, 1631, exactly 100 years after the apparition of the Virgin Mary to Saint Juan Diego, under the title of Guadalupe in Mexico, and the third time on November 13.
Shrine of Our Lady of Ocottan:
Our Lady of Oktoberfest, It means "Our Lady from the burnt ocote tree." Later, they called the statue Our Lady of Ocotlán, which means "Our Lady of the ocote tree" in the Nahuatl indigenous language.
Juan Diego Bernadino (another Diego) had a vision of his mother appearing to him, and she showed him a spring. Diego took water from this spring and gave it to the people in his village who were suffering from the plague, and they were all cured.
The next day, Diego, along with the Franciscan friars, using the signs of the Virgin Mary, found the statue of the Virgin Mary inside the largest pine tree in the forest.
The statue was brought back and placed in the Chapel of Saint Lorenzo.
In the mid-18th century, the Basilica of Our Lady of Ocotlán was begun and took nearly 100 years to complete. A small niche high above and behind the main altar is where the original statue of the Virgin Mary, discovered by the friars, was placed.
In addition, the Basilica of Our Lady of Ocotlán contains more than 200 other statues.
A private Mass was celebrated for the group at the Shrine.
The shrine has been recognized by six Popes for this miracle.

Day 4:
After breakfast at the hotel, the vehicle and guide will pick up the group for the tour. Tulpetlac The place where the Virgin Mary healed Juan Diego's uncle.
Juan Bernadino (Juan Diego's uncle) told Juan Diego that the Virgin Mary had appeared to him and revealed everything that had happened.
Mr. Berenadino also said that Our Lady revealed the title she wanted people to use to refer to her in the future. Our Lady wanted to be called: “Holy Mary, Immaculate and Pure, Who Will Crush and Exterminate the Stone Serpent.”.
“"The Stone Serpent" refers to the feathered serpent god Quetzalcoatl, the most terrifying of the Aztec gods, to whom thousands of people sacrificed themselves each year. The Aztecs seem to have received divine intervention for this, and the practice of human sacrifice suddenly ceased.
In 1539, more than eight million Aztecs had embraced the Catholic faith.
Lunch is at your own expense, then continue sightseeing.

Once one of the most bustling cities of the ancient world, Teotihuacan remains a mystery to anthropologists and archaeologists today.

In Teotihuacan, visitors can admire three main pyramids: the Pyramid of the Moon, the Pyramid of the Sun, and the Temple of the Serpent. To reach these areas, visitors must travel along the Avenue of the Dead (over 3.2 km long, running along the north-south axis of the city).
In the afternoon, we returned to Mexico City and visited the cathedral, a must-see when visiting Mexico City.
