Day 1: (Thursday, September 10) USA 

ON FLIGHT.

We will meet you at the airport, assist with check-in procedures, and you will depart for Split, Croatia. 

Day 2: (Friday, September 11) USA – SPLIT – MED

Upon arrival at Split airport, complete immigration procedures. A vehicle will pick up the group and depart. The group will then continue towards Medjugorje. Famous as a Catholic pilgrimage center in Bosnia & Herzegovina, where the Virgin Mary is said to have appeared to visionaries since 1981, millions of faithful from around the world gather here annually to pray, attend Mass, and seek inner peace in a deeply spiritual atmosphere. 

A separate Mass was celebrated for the group. 

Have dinner and rest at the hotel. Overnight stay in Meiyu.  

Day 3: (Saturday, September 12) MEDJUGORJE 

Early in the morning, guests depart Stations of the Cross, conquering the mountain Kruzevac (also known as the Holy Cross Mountain) – where the villagers built 30 giant crosses to commemorate the 2,000th anniversary of Jesus' crucifixion. Upon reaching the summit, the group visited the tomb of Father Slavko and prayed at the Holy Cross. 

Return to the guesthouse for breakfast and attend the service at St. James's Church.

The group continued their tour:

  • Cenacolo Community – A community of Italian origin formed in 1983 to help people with addictions.
  • Peaceful Oasis – Located southwest of the apparition hill, it is an area of absolute silence except for places where talking is permitted.
  • Tihaljina Parish – Located in the suburbs of Medjugorje, about 45km from Medjugorje. Home to the most beautiful statue of the Virgin Mary in the world.,
  • Sightseeing Kravice Waterfall – considered a natural wonder in Bosnia & Herzegovina. It is a large waterfall located on the Trebižat River, with clear blue water and surrounded by lush forest. The waterfall has its own unique beauty throughout the four seasons, with changes in water flow.

Lunch is at your own expense.

Day 4: (Sunday, September 13) MEDJUGORJE 

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Mostar, a beautiful ancient city in Bosnia & Herzegovina, renowned for its harmonious blend of Eastern and Western cultures and its Islamic and Christian influences. The city boasts a serene beauty along the turquoise Neretva River, steeped in the long history of the Balkan region.

Stop at Sisi Most Bridge Built in the 16th century during the Ottoman Empire, a must-visit. Koski Mehmed Pasha Church, The Minaret, one of the important Islamic structures, offers a panoramic view of the bridge. 

Continue to Kujundziluk market street Located right next to Stari Most Bridge, with many traditional craft shops and local souvenir stores., Tepa Market, and pass through Kriva Cuprija Bridge.

Lunch is at your own expense.

Day 05: (Monday, Sep 14) MEDJUGORJE 

After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart to visit: 

  • Podbrdo Hill – the place where the Virgin Mary first appeared to the visionaries. Here, the group prayed, recited the Rosary, and asked for blessings from the Virgin Mary, reflecting on the apparitions.

Praying at the foot of the Hill of Manifestations.

  • The delegation will visit and speak with the visionaries or Father Jozo if a reception is scheduled.
  • Mother's Village – a place to care for orphans, built by Father Slavko Barbaric
  • Saint Jacob Church – The village's only church in Medjugorje is run by the Franciscan Fathers. Attend Mass or participate in activities around the St. James Church square.

Attending the Rosary at church, participating in Mass and Eucharistic Adoration, and finally receiving the sacrament of healing.

Lunch is at your own expense.

Day 6: (Tuesday, September 15) MEDJUGORJE – BUDAPEST 

Guests will have breakfast at the hotel, check out, and depart for Budapest.

Day 7: (Wednesday, September 16) HUNGARY

After breakfast at the hotel, the group will be taken on a sightseeing tour of Budapest. 

  • Budapest Parliament Building It is one of Budapest's most famous tourist attractions and is considered one of the most beautiful architectural buildings in Europe. In particular, the building faces the Danube River, and visitors can rent a boat to cruise along the riverbank and admire the building's magnificent lights at night.
  • Heroes' Square
  • Chain Bridge – Besides being the first bridge in Budapest, the Chain Bridge boasts unique architecture and expansive views, attracting many tourists. Built in the 19th century, the bridge makes a strong impression with its four lion statues positioned at either end.
  • Buda Castle Bearing the historical charm of the Middle Ages and the proud beauty of a royal palace, the building, completed in the 13th century, is located south of Castle Hill.

Day 8: (Thursday, September 17) HUNGARY

After breakfast at the hotel, the tour group will be taken by car. Esztergom Basilica, The cathedral is the largest in Hungary and the most important Catholic center in the country. With its majestic neoclassical architecture along the Danube River, it is closely associated with the history of missionary work and the Christian faith of Central Europe.

Guests will enjoy a cruise on the Danube River.

Day 9: (Friday, September 18) HUNGARY – KRAKOW

After having breakfast at the hotel, check out and visit the following places:

  • St. Stephen's Church: Named in honor of Stephen, the first king of Hungary (975-1038), it was the sixth largest church in Hungary before 1920. Since its renaming, it has been the companion church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Esztergom-Budapest. Today, it is the third largest church building in Hungary.

The bus took the group to Krakow.

Day 10: (Saturday, September 19) Krakow 

Guests will have breakfast at the hotel and then depart for sightseeing:

  • Krakow Old Town – Stare Miasto – the old town is a must-see if you're exploring this historical region. It's safe to say this small corner of the town paints a picture in your memory of all the most ancient and beautiful aspects of the area.
  • Basilica of MaryAdmire the masterpiece, the "St. Mary Altar," a national treasure of Poland. 
  • Divine Mercy Sanctuary This is the resting place of Saint Faustina Kowalska, Apostle and Secretary of the Divine Mercy. Saint Faustina saw Jesus with streams of loving-kindness emanating from His Heart. In 1985, Pope John Paul II called the Lagiewniki district the “Capital of Divine Mercy”.
  • Visit convent of Saint Faustina, It is a place closely associated with the message of Divine Mercy, revealed through Saint Faustina Kowalska.

Day 11: (Sunday, September 20) Krakow

Guests will have breakfast at the hotel and then depart for sightseeing:

  • Wawel Hill visit Vawel Cathedral, where Pope Saint John Paul II was consecrated as a Bishop.
  • Wieliczka Salt Mine It is a salt mine located in the town of Wieliczka, in the Kraków metropolitan area, southern Poland. This salt mine was a continuous source of table salt from the 13th century until 2007, making it one of the oldest operating salt mines in the world.

Day 12: (Monday, Sep 21) KRAKOW – WADOWICE – WARSAW 

After breakfast, guests will check out and depart for Wadowice.

  • Visiting House of Pope John Paul II and the church where He was baptized. 
  • Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Church-Monastery – For example, Jerusalem in Poland is a famous pilgrimage site, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It recreates the Stations of the Cross and events in the life of the Virgin Mary.
  • Pray at Auschwitz Birkenau block 11 the place where Saint Maximilian died in place of another prisoner. 

Travel to Czestochowa and visit Jasna Monastery – the temple. Holy Black Madonna, It is the largest Catholic pilgrimage center in Poland, a place of veneration for the mysterious Black Madonna icon. 

The group returned to Warsaw in the afternoon.

Day 13: (Tuesday, September 22) Warsaw

After breakfast at the hotel, the group continued their sightseeing tour:

  • St. Stanislao Kostka Church – the resting place of Blessed Jerzy Popieluszko. 
  • Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, This is the place where the image of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is kept, and many faithful come to venerate and pray there.

Have dinner and rest at the hotel. Overnight stay in Warsaw.  

Day 14: (Wednesday, September 23) WARSAW 

On the last day in Warsaw, after breakfast, the group took a stroll through Warsaw's Old Town, admiring the famous old square with its iconic columns. Sigismund and take photos outside the Royal Castle in Warsaw. 

After that, you'll have free time to explore and shop in the Polish capital.

Day 15: (Thursday, September 24) Warsaw – USA

After breakfast and checking out, the group will be transferred to the airport for check-in and boarding the flight back to the USA. We look forward to seeing you on future Carnival tours.

  • Round-trip economy class group airfare departing from MIA/IAH/ORD. Prices may vary depending on departure dates and seat availability.Please contact our office if you require departure from a different gateway. 
  • Airport security fees, fuel surcharges, airport taxes.
  • 4-star hotel (double room).
  • Meals, entrance tickets, and transportation are as per the itinerary.
  • The tour guide speaks English and Vietnamese.

Tour Price Excludes...

  • Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of return to the United States. The passport must meet the following requirements: the photograph must not be damaged or blurry, and all information must be complete. Even if the passport is still valid, a blurry photograph will not be accepted for entry or exit.
  • Travel insurance. (Please contact the office for advice on insurance packages)
  • Tips for local guides and drivers: $12 per person per day.
  • Single room supplement: $ 1,200 USD/guest.
  • Surcharge for business class airfare (if applicable).
  • Visits outside the scheduled program, personal expenses, excess baggage fees, telephone calls, laundry, etc.
  • Bank fee 3% if paying by credit card.
  • Visa fees for green card holders: Please contact our office for guidance on the procedure.

Payment Methods

  • Phase 1: $1,500 upon registration.
  • Phase 2: $2,000 before June 2nd, 2026
  • Installment 3: Payment due before July 12, 2026

CANCEL TOUR

  • Cancellation 100 days before departure: a fee of 25%/person will be charged on top of the tour price. 
  • Cancellation 90 days before departure: a fee of 50%/person will be charged on top of the tour price. 
  • Cancellation 60 days before departure: a fee of 75%/person will be charged on top of the tour price.
  • Cancellation 30 days before departure: a 100% fee will be charged for the tour price.
  • If a customer is not present at the departure time, the tour will be considered cancelled and no refunds will be given.
  • Carnival reserves the right to cancel tours 30 days before departure and issue refunds for any reason. The company will refund the cost of non-visits included in the tour program and airfare.

NOTE

  • Tour prices do not apply to personal or commercial visits.
  • The company will not be responsible for the loss of attractions in the following cases: attractions being closed without prior notice, traffic congestion, or guests staying at a location beyond the allotted time.
  • The company is not responsible for flight delays caused by the customer's failure to be present at the airport as required by the airline or for personal reasons of the customer.
  • Because fuel costs may increase at the time of ticket issuance without prior notice, we will present the airline's official document regarding any surcharge increase (if applicable) and request that customers agree to the corresponding price increase.
  • Depending on the actual situation, the order of the attractions in the itinerary may change, but all the attractions originally planned will still be included.
  • In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, visa processing delays by the Consulate, or changes in the schedules of public transportation such as airplanes and trains, the travel company reserves the right to change the itinerary for the convenience and safety of customers and will be exempt from liability for compensation for any resulting damages.
  • Passengers aged 75 and above are required to provide a certificate of good health for international travel issued by a doctor and a health commitment form to the company. A healthy family member under 60 years of age must accompany them.
