Day 1: Aug 4 SFO

A car will pick you up in San Jose and take you to SFO airport for your flight to Italy.

Day 2: Aug 5: Milan

Arrive in Milan, check into the hotel. Rest. Have dinner.

Day 3: Aug 6: Milan – Turin

City tour of Milan, visiting St. Ambrogio Cathedral, Milan Cathedral, shopping at Milan's famous shopping district: Gallery Vittoria Emmanuel. 2. Depart for Turin, visit the Church of the Shroud of Turin. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group. Overnight stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 4: Aug 7: Verona – Venice

Travel to Verona and visit Juliet's house (Romeo). Continue to Venice. A water taxi will take the group to explore Venice, visit St. Mark's Basilica, attend Mass, see the Doges' Square, the Sighing Bridge, the Grand Canal, and the Rialto (the center of Venice). Return to the mainland and spend the night at the hotel. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 5: Aug 8: Florence

Travel to Florence, stopping by to visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a world-famous landmark. Continue to Florence, the cradle of Renaissance art and the illustrious Medici family. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group. Overnight stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 6: Aug 9: Florence

 Walking tour of the beautiful city of Florence: Signore Square, Neptune Fountain, the Franciscan Church of the Holy Cross, the magnificent marble Florence Cathedral, and the Heavenly Gate Baptistery. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group. Overnight stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 7: Aug 10: Sienna – Assisi

Depart for Sienna. Visit the Sienna Cathedral and St. Francis Basilica. Stroll through the Public Square. Attend Mass at the Basilica of St. Catherine of Sienna. Stop for photos at the Mangia Tower. Visit the Museum of Our Lady of the Stairs. Continue to Assisi. Visit the Church of St. Clare and the Church of St. Rufino. Celebrate a private Mass for the group. Overnight stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 8: Aug 11: Assisi – Giovani Rottondo

Visit the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, celebrate Mass at the tomb of the Saint, the Church of Our Lady of Minerva, the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Bishop's Palace of Assisi, and the tomb of Blessed Carlos Cutis. Depart for Saint Giovani Rottondo. En route, stop in Lanciano: visit the Church of the Eucharistic Miracle, then continue to St. Giovani, a city closely associated with the life and work of Saint Pio, where relics of the Saint are kept. Celebrate a private Mass for the group. Overnight stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 9: Aug 12: Saint Giovani, Father of Saint Pio

Visit the churches around the Shrine of Saint Pio, the Tomb of Saint Pio, the museum about the life of Saint Pio, attend Mass, and after lunch depart for Rome. Upon arrival in Rome, visit the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Square, the Venice Square… Overnight stay at the hotel. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 10: Aug 13: Rome

Attend the Audience with the People of God. Visit the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel – where the Pope is elected, and visit and attend Mass at St. Peter's Basilica. Celebrate a private Mass for the group. Overnight stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 11: Aug 14: Rome

Attend Mass and visit the Calisto Catacombs, visit the Church of St. Paul Outside the Walls, and the Church of St. John Lateran – two of the four great cathedrals. Visit the Church of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem, the Holy Stairs, and celebrate a private Mass for the group. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 12: Aug 15:

Visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore, Palatine Hills, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Arch of Angels, and St. Peter's Square. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group. Overnight stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 13: Aug 16.

Free time for shopping, then it's time to head to the airport for your flight back to the US. A car will pick you up and take you back to San Jose.

Tour Price Includes

• Round-trip economy class airfare for groups. Prices may vary depending on the travel dates and seat availability.
• Airport security fees, fuel surcharges, airport taxes.
• Transportation and sightseeing tours are provided by vehicle.
• 3-4 star hotel (double or triple room).
• Meals, entrance tickets, and transportation are as per the itinerary.
• The tour guide speaks English and Vietnamese.
• A separate Mass is celebrated for the group each day.
• The spiritual director accompanied the group throughout the entire journey.
• Carnival gifts.

Tour Price Excludes...

• Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of return to the United States. The passport must meet the following requirements: the photograph must not be damaged or blurry, and all information must be complete. Even if the passport is still valid, if the photograph is blurry, entry or exit will not be permitted.
• Travel insurance.
• Tips for local guides and drivers.
• Single room supplement applies.
• Surcharge for business class airfare (if applicable).
• Visits outside the scheduled program, personal expenses, excess baggage fees, telephone calls, laundry, etc.
• Any additional fuel surcharge may apply at the time of ticket issuance (if applicable).
• Visa fees for green card holders: Please contact our office for guidance on the procedure.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• Phase 1: $1,500.00 upon registration.
• Second installment: $2,500.00 before May 30th, 2025
• Phase 3: Full payment due before June 30, 2025.

TOUR CANCELLATION:

• Cancellation within 6 months prior to departure: a fee of 25%/person will be charged on top of the tour price.
• Cancellation within 120-65 days: a fee of 50%/person will be charged on top of the tour price.
• Cancellation within 64 days – 20 days: a fee of 75%/person will be charged on top of the tour price.
• Cancellation from the 15th day until departure: 100%/ tour price.
• If a customer is not present at the departure time, the tour will be considered cancelled and no refunds will be given.
• Carnival reserves the right to cancel tours 30 days before departure and issue refunds for any reason. The company will refund the cost of any non-visits included in the tour program, as well as airfare.

NOTE:

• Tour prices do not apply to personal or commercial visits.
• Tour prices are calculated based on a minimum group of 30 adults or more. Therefore, a surcharge will apply if the number of participants is lower.
• The company will not be responsible for lost destinations/visits in the following cases: destinations/visits being closed without prior notice, traffic congestion, or because you stay at a location for longer than the allotted time.
• The company is not responsible for flight delays caused by the customer's failure to be present at the airport as required by the airline or for personal reasons of the customer.
• Because fuel costs may increase at the time of ticket issuance without prior notice, we will present the airline's official document regarding any surcharge increase (if applicable) and request that customers agree to the corresponding price increase.
• Depending on the actual situation, the order of destinations in the itinerary may change, but all the original sightseeing points will still be included.
• In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, visa processing delays by the Consulate, or changes in the schedules of public transportation such as airplanes and trains, the travel company reserves the right to change the itinerary for the convenience and safety of customers and will be exempt from liability for compensation for any resulting damages.
• Passengers aged 75 and above are required to provide a health certificate for international travel issued by a doctor and a health commitment form to the company. A healthy family member under 60 years of age must accompany them.
• Please read the inclusions and exclusions carefully before booking the tour. This will help avoid any confusion or misunderstandings about the services offered.
