Professor of Canon Law at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum) in Rome; currently serving at the Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life at the Vatican.
With deep professional knowledge, rich pastoral experience in the universal Church, and fluency in many languages, Fr. Joseph will spiritually accompany the pilgrimage group, helping each person deepen their life of faith and receive abundant spiritual graces throughout the journey.

Visit the Abbey of the Three Fountains (Tre Fontane), Basilica of St. Peter in Chains, Mamertine Prison, Shrine of Our Lady of Divine Love, the ancient Catacombs, Domine Quo Vadis Church, Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Holy Stairs and Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group.

Travel to Assisi and visit the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, Basilica of St. Clare, Basilica of St. Mary Major, Piazza del Comune and Rocca Maggiore. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group.

Attend the Papal Audience with the Holy Father and the community of the faithful. Visit St. Peter’s Basilica and the Basilica of St. Mary Major. Continue through ancient Rome to see Palatine Hill, Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, with a photo stop at the Pantheon. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group.

Athens, where Western civilization began.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for the flight to Athens. Visit Syntagma Square, watch the Changing of the Guard and stroll through the historic Plaka district. In the afternoon, enjoy free time for shopping at Monastiraki Market. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group.

A whitewashed paradise in the Aegean Sea.
After checking out, transfer to Lavrion Port and board the Celestyal Discovery. The cruise departs at 11:00 AM to explore the Aegean Sea. Enjoy the ship’s amenities, including an outdoor pool, Mediterranean restaurants, spa and evening entertainment. Arrive in Mykonos at 4:00 PM. Stroll through Little Venice and explore Mykonos Town. Enjoy a dinner featuring Mykonian specialties before the ship departs at 11:00 PM. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group.

Ancient lands of faith and revelation.
Arrive in Kusadasi, Turkey, at 7:00 AM. Visit the ancient city of Ephesus, the Library of Celsus, the Great Theatre and the House of the Virgin Mary. The ship departs Kusadasi at 12:30 PM and arrives on Patmos at 4:00 PM. Visit the Cave of the Apocalypse and Monastery of St. John before sailing at 9:00 PM. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group.

Santorini, a dream suspended above the blue sea.
Arrive in Santorini at 7:00 AM. Visit the village of Oia and Fira, the island’s capital, with its narrow lanes overlooking the Aegean Sea. Enjoy free time to explore, shop and sample local cuisine before the ship departs at 8:00 PM. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group.

Where ancient history meets the blue sea.
Arrive at Lavrion Port early in the morning and disembark. Visit the Acropolis and Parthenon, then continue to Corinth. Explore Ancient Corinth, the Bema of St. Paul, the Temple of Apollo and the Corinth Canal. A private Mass will be celebrated for the group.

Carrying home the memories of the Mediterranean.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for the return flight to the United States via Istanbul. The Mediterranean journey comes to an end, leaving treasured memories of the lands where faith and human civilization took root.
